Working for a very fast-paced PR firm we are looking for a PA to support two directors at senior level within this ambitious and driven firm. You will need to have experience of working on your own initiative and have your wits about you. This is a very sensitive client-driven environment so it’s important that you’re able to read situations well and react to changes that occur often at very short notice. Whilst the day to day role encompasses traditional PA duties the opportunities to get involved with “money can’t buy” experiences are endless, such as helping out at red carpet events, helping to run events for very well-known people within the media. The firm covers all bases from Corporate Clients, Politics, the Arts, Sports, TV and Film as examples. The potential experiences that one can gain in this type of organisation are endless. You will need to have had around two years Director level experience supporting more than one person with conflicting demands and have vast experience of complex diary management from a fast-paced dynamic environment.
