*Work closely with a specific estate agency branch, and play an active role in helping to develop business and market share for your branch. 

*Hold strategic conversations with potential and active clients in order to understand their needs and advise them in relation to the most relevant company offerings to suit their needs. 

*Continuing training covering the property market, economics and business will allow you to stand out of the crowd, as you offer a consultative and solution based sell to your client base.
