We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager from within the Social Care sector to manage our operations in England. This role is the result of our expansion into this area and we have ambitious plans to strengthen our current delivery along with exploring further opportunities for growth.

Do you have:

A strong track record on delivering and developing a range of social care services for people with a learning disability and/or mental health issues?

An understanding of working with a range of Commissioners, including Local Authorities and Health?

Some experience of developing new services and business; including set-up in new areas?

Are you:

Naturally driven, with a desire to deliver services of the highest quality?

An inspirational leader, with the vision and drive to appropriately provide the support and management that teams and individuals require?

A self starter and able to act on your own initiative, you will demonstrate both the confidence and competence to lead reach within this geographical area. The successful applicant will have a depth of sector related knowledge and present an attitude and approach which demands continuous improvement. The ability to manage both operational demands alongside strategic priorities will be essential.
