As a Recruitment Consultant you'll be involved in:
Interviewing Candidates for Business Admin and Office Staffing roles
Liaising with Clients to discuss their staffing requirements
Bringing the two sides together for an initial interview
Business Development and Sales Meetings with potential new clients
Your skills and experience:
You're used to dealing with people at senior decision making levels
Experience of a fast paced environment where you can see a result
Excellent communications skills, empathetic as well as persuasive
