Do you have a background in TV Sales admin? Are you a whizz with Excel? Then we want to hear from you!
Working for a global entertainment company which sells products to broadcasters internationally, the role is to assist the Sales team in distributing product throughout the Nordic and Benelux territories via licensing channels such as Pay TV, SVOD and VOD.
We are looking for a highly organised candidate who has excellent communication skills and you must be a whizz with Excel!
Responsibilities
Preparing availability lists and sales history reports as well as undertake sales and product planning
Liaise with clients in the region at all stages of sales and the post-sales process: ongoing account management
Manage product selections processes together with sales team and clients – focus on video on demand (TVOD / SVOD / AVOD) and well as Pay Television
Ongoing budget management supporting finance department including management of royalty trackers, deal and account analysis
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure all aspects of post-sales servicing are fulfilled (legal, delivery of materials, invoicing, marketing etc)
Data entry of deals
Ongoing collaboration with home ent to track local video release of product in the territories and update license start date / avail dates accordingly
Assist with ad hoc projects where necessary.
Experience
2 years’ experience of working in a media environment – ideally TV programme distribution – and interest in TV distribution business and digital distribution (video on demand).
Highly numerate
Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
High level of organisation and ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
