Salary: £20000 per annum + Salary is pro-rata!!   Location: London

Job Role 
*Handle all registrations for our conferences, inc delegates and sponsor representatives 
*Invoice paying delegates and dealing with account related queries these may generate 
*Deal with all general queries made by phone or in writing 
*Sending letters of confirmation to all registered delegates 
*Provide customer support to our delegates from the moment of booking to the day they attend our event 
*Manage registration on the day and generally assist at selected events. Some international travel may be required. 
*Acquire a knowledge of our in house data-base and ensure it is clean and updated at all times 
*Ad hoc duties during quiet times for conference logistics and office manager 
*Ordering stationery for the office. 
*Generate letters of assistance for those requiring a visa to attend international conferences 
*Processing office invoices 
Skills required 
*Friendly and approachable manner 
*Attention to detail 
*Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously 
*Computer literate 
*Excellent time management 
*Database knowledge an advantage 
*Ability to work to tight deadlines & to manage own workload 
Salary is pro-rata!!
