Our client, a leading video content advertising company, is currently seeking a Publisher Optimisation Manager to join their London office. As a Publisher Optimisation Manager you will create, maintain and optimize ad campaigns on our clients’ proprietary ad server and develop relationships with key publishers. 
Key responsibilities include: 
Analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative.
Troubleshoot problems with campaign delivery and performance.
Liaise with account managers, technical and partners on various ops projects.
Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow.
Responsibility for managing private marketplaces with premium publishers

About you
Quick learner
Organized, detail oriented and highly focused
Good technical communicator
People person - can work with Sales and Analytics teams to plan and optimise campaigns for performance.
Works with publisher to set up reporting requirements
Creative problem solver, self-motivated and driven
Demonstrable experience of campaign/optimising experience - RTB/Programmatic Buying experience a plus
Eager to work in a start-up team environment
