THE ROLE

As a Lead Generation Executive (Germany) you will be targeting media communications professionals across Germany to set up web-based or personal demonstrations of PR\Communications software.  You will be responsible for prospecting using SalesForce and qualifying opportunities with key decision-makers over the phone for the EMEA sales teams.  We are looking for smart, articulate self-starters with a proven record in telemarketing or telephone sales and a desire to succeed in a focused but fun environment. Successful demonstrations and closed sales are rewarded with a generous commission scheme in a progressive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prospect new potential advertisers via various strategic initiatives such as cross departmental collaboration with marketing, networking, tradeshows and online research. 
Develop solid sales pitch strategies that optimise the market potential. 
Approach prospects with tailored presentations, industry data to set campaign targets aligned with account management team. Client meetings will be performed over the phone and face to face when needed. 
Organise quarterly projects to support acquisition strategy and business needs.
Requirements:

Native or business-fluent German speaker
BA or BSc degree or related work experience (telemarketing\telephone sales\appointment making)
Goal oriented, self motivated, confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious
Proven technical ability with customer-relationship management programs (CRM). 
Strong communication and persuading skills and the ability to pitch comprehensive solutions over the telephone
