They are looking for a very experienced and proactive Project Manager to coordinate, plan and design extremely large office moves from scratch, wants to get their teeth stuck into meaty projects and who can start straight away!
This role is a 6 month FTC with an immediate start and will enable you to take control of entire projects from the initial concept to the end result with maximum input and organisation throughout.
The project will require you to move 3 large offices into 1! It is therefore vital that you have extensive experience in sourcing cost-effective quality materials, build great relationships with suppliers and contractors, be able to coordinate people and adhere to tight deadlines, use initiative and think laterally; coming up with solutions and thinking outside the box. You will be expected to have a decisive but fair attitude and be able to successfully implement Health and Safety procedures, ensure that Compliance regulations are met, design layout and office functionality right through to choosing paint colours and furnishings that reflect the ethos and approach of the agency.
