Our client is a highly respected Bank in the heart of Canary Wharf. Their London office prides itself on still retaining the personal element of service to its customers and a friendly, team focused atmosphere for its staff members. They are now looking to recruit someone to provide an efficient, professional and high quality service to their clients. This assignment is for three - four months and is an immediate start.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid corporate background in Reception/Admin; your time will be split between Reception and Support services on front desk reception, managing the switchboard receiving a high volume of incoming calls and redirecting these to the right individuals, taking accurate message, meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting room bookings, accepting all mail deliveries and co-ordinating couriers.etc. You will also be required to work with the Branch Support Service Team where responsibilities will include providing support to the COO, dealing with the processing of invoices, calendar management and the processing of payments and invoices. and other general admin such as updating schedules and expenses.

Available to start immediately, it is essential that you are a professional and highly organised team player who has previous reception and switchboard experience gained within a corporate environment (financial services). You must be well spoken and have excellent English, along with a smart presentation with MS Word, Excel & PP.
