Our client, a Facilities Manager Provider with an impressive client base requires a Front of House Specialist to start ASAP. 

Your main duties will include taking ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution to all clients and providing a 5 star service at all times. You will be first point of contact for all occupants/visitors and you are required to build positive working relationships at all levels and to be visible and available at all times. You are required to have full knowledge of the building including services and evacuation procedures and to ensure that all relevant site manuals and records are up to date and available for inspection at all times. You are required to do office inspections and to ensure the office is kept clean and tidy and is fully compliant with all Health and Safety and Environmental legislation. You need to ensure that all site rules are compiled with at all time and ensure any faults/concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner. Other duties include providing support through induction process of new employees, organising and delivering hospitality services as and when required, monitoring office stationery and ensuring all incoming/outgoing mail is processed in an efficient and timely manner. 

The successful candidate will have either corporate facilities management experience, corporate hospitality or office services background with high levels of customer service. You will have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent IT skills, good problem solving skills, ability to multi task, have good attention to detail, be positive, approachable, proactive, hands on and highly customer focused with the ability to be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving organisation.
