We are a leading search and selection consultancy specialising in PR and corporate communications based in London Bridge and are looking for a proactive, highly organised Team Assistant to support three managers (in the main). The essence of the role encompasses projects, managing our advertising, research, database admin, typing and ninja-like organisation. The role:

Responsibilities and challenges in this Team Assistant role -

You will be responsible for our advertising, proof reading the jobs before they are uploaded, meeting with the suppliers, analysing what works and making sure we get the best results possible
Ensure the office is running super smoothly, liaising with database/IT support companies to resolve any issues, ordering stationery, managing petty cash and expenses, liaising with suppliers regarding queries on invoices and updating telephone lists
Keeping our team organised, putting meetings in the diary, booking restaurants, typing up meeting notes and undertaking projects
Act as social secretary for the team socials and organising small events for our clients
You will be responsible for uploading content for our newsletter and blogs, co-ordinating the distribution list and analysing the results
Your diligence and accuracy is required for supporting with database research and uploading CVs to help us build an exceptional network
Supporting with us with building our social media presence on twitter and Linkedin

First rate education credentials with a warm, open and friendly personality
Passionate about being an assistant and always going above and beyond
Proven experience of taking ownership for tasks and use initiative to improve systems
A planner and problem solver who is great at organising others
A sunny disposition, who is able to prioritise multiple tasks
Impressive proof reading and research demon
Excellent IT skills (proficient in Word, Excel and ideally database experience)
Proven office experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
Good typing ability (50wpm +)
