Key responsibilities / skills required:

B2C marketing responsibilities

• SEO 

• A good understanding of SEO and how to continually enhance ranking through natural search

• PPC (AdWords) 

• A good understanding of PPC / AdWords and how to continually improve the effectiveness of this channel. In addition to the ongoing development of this channel there will be a requirement to support specific campaigns.

• Tactical campaigns

• Take direct responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and their success. From writing the proposal and defining the brief to coordinating the execution across all channels, ensuring all relevant departments and agencies are briefed and taking responsibility for the effective completion on time and on budget to meet targets set.

B2B marketing responsibilities

A key strand to the growth of the business is the development of B2B channels 

• Support B2B team in sourcing and signing-up new brokers

• Drive the development of a broker portal 

• Analyse funnel conversions per broker on an ad-hoc basis (reporting)

• Support B2B team in sourcing and signing-up new partners

• Support the B2B team in contract management and creation

• Signing up B2B partners to the backoffice system

• Liaise with Partners regarding their marketing plans and identify opportunities for synergy

• Develop marketing around partnerships that drives profile as well as new customers e.g. reciprocal data deals / links etc

• Responsible for tracking, reporting and results

• Support the development and coordination of events

You will require:

• Graduate degree

• B2B and B2C Exposure in a marketing function

• Experience of : Digital marketing, direct marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC, website development, conversion optimisation, business development and public relations.
