What will you be doing?
Whether it's launching a new cheese range, to writing policy on temperature control, the opportunities are endless for science and technology graduates within Tesco. After spending a week learning about how we do things, meeting your team, line manager and buddy, and going out to a store, your focus will be on developing your technical skills.
You could be working on a variety of projects, from product benchmarking and monitoring standards, to compliance, product development, running consumer panels and liaising with suppliers on manufacturing practices. What's certain is that you'll be challenged. But while you'll be given lots of responsibility from the start, you'll have great support from your line manager, mentor, wider team and other graduates too.

What are we looking for?
A 2:1 in science-related degree and 300 UCAS points
A sound technical grounding
Excellent analytical, decision-making skills and organisational skills – and the ability to multitask
The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own, and to communicate and negotiate effectively
Plenty of drive and ambition
A full UK driving licence
