For Graduates in 2014, we’ve created a Development Programme that gives you the structured framework you need to fulfil your potential at a fast pace. Our goal is to equip you with versatile management and leadership skills so that, moving forwards, you can make the most of opportunities right across our business. We’re looking for people who are adaptable, commercially aware, naturally gifted leaders, who can inspire and motivate the people around them.

Your Induction

We’ll put you on a fast-track leadership journey that can take you to restaurant management in just 12 months. It begins with an induction at our Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) where you will get an overview of our global business, our UK operations, and what really makes us tick - our people and our culture. You will get to meet key people and, get to know the other graduates on the programme.

Into Management

This management role will allow you to hone your leadership style and build real business credibility. We’ll give you a clear development plan so that you can already be building your skills for your next move too, into an Area Business Management role, Learning & Development role or into a Central Support function at our Restaurant Support Centre.

On completion of the scheme, you will play a leadership role in one of our biggest restaurants and significantly contribute to the profit and performance of KFC UK&I. While leading your restaurant, you will continue your learning and development, preparing you for above restaurant career opportunities within Yum! based in the UK and internationally.

From there, your next move could easily take you onto the global stage, helping to grow Yum! brands around the world.

These bonuses are all on top of a starting salary of £24,000. So you can see that we’re serious about recognising and rewarding our people.
