This global brokerage based in the heart of the West End are seeking team assistant within the London branch supporting a new and highly dynamic team. Based in spacious offices, you will assist two fee earners in clarifying contracts and all legal aspects of their niche market ensuring accuracy as well as initially supporting them with various administrative duties whilst you find your feet. The aim would be to progress you following on the job training; where is down to you! The firm is full of strong minded and exceptionally focused individuals; you will need to both mirror those attributes, as well as gauge each situation and embrace the company’s boisterous culture with open arms. You are a resilient individual with an eagerness to absorb information and continue learning. As this team is growing they are seeking a Team Assistant with a sociable and positive attitude.
Skills and Experience:
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent ideally in Law from a reputable university
• Spanish, German or Russian fluency on business level
• Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Interest in broking and the chance to gain an exceptional entry level opportunity
