As Head of Marketing for this long established and successful Professional Services SME you will need to be an exceptional marketer with extensive experience operating at senior level when developing strategic and visionary marketing plans. 

Heading up a small team of three, you will be tasked with designing, implementing and facilitating the annual marketing plan, planning and managing the budget, generating new ideas to increase the firm's positioning in the market, develop e-marketing initiatives including the company website, organising large scale events, and ensuring that team targets are consistently met. 

The role is broad and requires exceptional project management and organisation skills, a creative and forward thinking approach, a strategic yet hands on ability, as well as an articulate manner, excellent communication skills, energy and enthusiasm! Please note that there will be some travel required to other London and South-East offices so a certain degree of flexibility is required in order to accommodate this. 

This is a successful professional services company and you will need the gravitas and strength of character to deal at partner level and gain the respect of your peers and the team that you will be managing. Previous experience from within a professional services environment is desirable, however, applicants from related sectors are welcomed. You will need to come directly from a similar type of role at this level and your CV will need to show recent loyalty and commitment to an employer in a permanent capacity. 

This role is commutable from, Luton, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Harlow, Stevenage, Bishops Stortford, Hitchin and Chesham.
