That's why we've two graduate programmes to choose from: UK Markets and Central European Markets.
What will you be doing?
Work within Central European Markets, and you'll learn how we serve our customers across four central European countries. This programme is ideal if you want to discover how we trade internationally.
In our UK Markets team, you'll learn about all areas of our dynamic retail business, including online, buying, merchandising, business change and digital marketing. You'll rotate across these disciplines so you can gain wider business thinking as well as developing specialist product knowledge.
There's never been a better time to join our General Merchandise revolution. Whichever programme you choose, you can expect to get involved in ambitious projects. First things first though, you'll have a week-long introduction to the way we do things as well as meeting your team, including your line manager and buddy, before you head off to a store.
Once you're back in the office, you'll be in the driving seat from day one, supporting your manager on decisions about ranges, prices and promotions. You'll get the chance to work with all kinds of product ranges throughout, giving you the breadth of knowledge you need to produce outstanding results. And while you'll be given lots of responsibility from the start, you'll be far from alone with your line manager, mentor, wider team and other graduates all there to support you.

A 2:1 in any discipline and 300 UCAS points
A passion for products
Highly effective analytical and decision making skills

A full UK driving licence
