This role represents an excellent opportunity in the Social Housing sector for a high calibre Policy and Performance Manager. The Policy and Performance Manager will have responsibility for contributing to Policy development, research, development, consultation and implementation, having due regard to best practice. Overall responsibility for Performance Management and Quality Systems, monitoring and reporting performance targets to management, tenants and other stakeholders. Responsibilities of the Policy and Performance Manager will also befor facilitating service reviews and produce recommendations of improvements to service delivery including....
- The provision of a comprehensive performance management framework and related internal audit service.

- To keep under review internal policies relating to performance and new legislation and good practice relating to social housing and brief the Company accordingly.

- To undertake consultation across the range of service provision as required 
- To monitor and analyse the performance of the service and provide regular reports to Tenants, Managers and Stakeholders. Identify trends in performance direction and suggest improvements where necessary
- To suggest actions as a result of Government initiatives and new legislation that will affect the services delivered by the Company with particular focus on Value for Money, efficiency and improvement.
- To undertake an Annual Equality Audit 
- To be responsible for managing and regularly undertaking audits and reviews of the various quality systems and implement improvements including those for BSI.
You will be based in the East Midlands.

The successful candidate will have a strong background of working in a public service environment, management of Performance Management and Quality Systems, and project management.

Job activities are at a senior level and professional nature including a methodical approach and good organisational, analytical, written and communication skills. Ensuring services are delivered to a high standard. To raise the profile and promote the work of the Company.
CIH qualification is preferred.
