We require an enthusiastic and creative individual with experience in a Higher Education setting who can lead on the delivery of engaging, innovative activities and events. As a manager within the Outreach and Recruitment Team you will play a fundamental role in maximising student recruitment opportunities and delivering our Access Agreement objectives.

You will manage a team of officers responsible for delivering a range of targeted events including course taster sessions, UCAS conventions, activities in schools and colleges and Summer Schools. You will be customer focussed and have a creative approach to problem solving.

An Ambassador of Anglia Ruskin, you will promote our campuses and course portfolio and develop activity that will raise our profile. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build networks and communicate key messages to potential students, their parents and teaching staff in schools and colleges.

With a degree and demonstrable experience in UK Student Recruitment and/or Outreach, you must be an excellent organiser and able to manage your own workload and that of others. A flexible approach to working hours is required due to various events taking place during evenings or weekends.
