They are looking to recruit two Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants who will be involved in both the client and the candidate focused work, ensuring each day is varied and engaging. Duties will include:

- Advertising prospective roles and marketing your clients brands

- Liaising with clients about their recruitment needs 

- Providing a quality, efficient and effective service

- Developing leads and bringing in new business accounts

- Coordinating interviews and negotiating deals

This role will enable you to grow into a well-rounded business person; a leading light in the future of this sales focused industry.
