This role represents an excellent opportunity in the Social Housing sector for a stand out Surveyor looking for their next interim assignment. The successful Surveyor will carry out the following duties...
- Undertake feasibility studies & provide estimates
- Prepare drawings, specification and contract documentation
- Manage the adaptation, improvement, repair, maintenance, demolition and asbestos removal works
- Carry out structural surveys, prepare Schedules of Condition and dilapidation
The successful Surveyor will be based out of an office in Norfolk.
The chosen Surveyor have an HNC in Building Studies or a Building surveying degree and will also hold membership of RICS/CIOB or equivalent.
Immediately available and candidates who are on 1 weeks notice are essential.
