This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to pursue a career in housing. We’ll support you in working towards achieving a Chartered Institute of Housing professional qualification, whilst providing you with housing related work experience.

We will provide a structured training programme and the successful candidate will undertake work supporting the housing management team and tenants through the welfare reforms.

You will be responsible for visiting tenants in their homes and helping tenants with the challenges that the welfare reform changes may present to them. You will be committed to high standards of customer service, a good team player and flexible in your approach to work.

You will be IT literate in Windows based systems, and able to produce letters, write reports and design forms. Using this knowledge, you will carry out multiple assessments, and work to deadlines in a busy environment.
