Are you an experienced English teacher looking for a English intervention teaching role for September 2013.
Hays Education are currently working in partnership with a recently graded "outstanding school" to recruit an intervention tutor for their English department. This role is to start September 2013 for one term only.
This school deals with pupils across the range, they were recently graded as "outstanding" in their latest Ofsted, inspectors praised the rapid development of teaching.
This Manchester Secondary School are seeking a talented tutor or English intervention Teacher to work in their English department. The successful candidate will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis; the students in question will be selected and appointed by the teaching staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the affective teaching and learning of these students in literacy; you will need to be confident in planning, preparation and moving the learning of individuals as well as being able to liaise with the teaching team.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in intervention and booster classes, will have a good knowledge of GCSE English and will be able to develop and maintain engaging and motivating relationships with the students in their care.
