The Organisation:

The Green Recruitment Company is working with a forward thinking, a leading company within the solar sector and one of the fastest growing companies in the sector dealing with large scale solar.

The Role:

Reporting to the project manager you will be assisting in the completion of industrial scale solar PV projects. This will be a key role to help the project manager through the whole cycle of each project. You will need a good level of understand in legal, commercial, technical and construction activities. This will be a fast past role to learn quickly and implement strategies which have positive effect on the project, which will help you progress to a project manager

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full life cycle of large solar parks such as:

Defining project tasks and resource requirements

Planning & scheduling project timelines

monitoring and regular reporting on progress of the project to Head of Projects.

Development of full scale project plans

Manage project budget

Required Education and Experience.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of  1 years experience in Construction Project Management or graduate preferably with a working knowledge in Solar PV or the Renewables Sector. They will also have all or some of the following;

Qualification in project management.

Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.

Direct work experience in project management capacity.

Proven experience in people management.

Proven experience in strategic planning.

Proven experience in risk management.

Proven experience in change management.

Proficient in project management software.
