Fighting back for workers, Unite is taking Trade Unionism into the tens of thousands of unorganised workplaces in Britain and Ireland. Working from Organising Units in the Union’s 10 Regions, each headed by a Senior Organiser, the Organisers work as a team in a National Organising Structure, led by Unite’s National Organising and Leverage Department. Organisers in Training
Pay: £24,015 + £2,000 per annum unsocial hours payment (non-pensionable)

Pay: £32,920 - £35,224 + £2,000 per annum unsocial hours payment (non-pensionable)

The Organiser/Organiser in Training must have the ability to engage with people, identify leaders and motivate workers to take action. Applicants must have experience in representing or organising in the world of work.
