Driver Labourer
RESPONSIBLE TO:
Stores Manager / designated Foreman or Tradesman
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Site activities as required
SUBORDINATES:
Sub-contract staff as instructed
MAIN DUTIES:
To work as site labourer and ensuring timely delivery of doors, windows and associated materials to site.
To maintain cleanliness of site, ensuring no hazards are present as a result of site works undertaken
To load designated vehicle in a safe and correct manner
To inspect daily roadworthiness of designated vehicle and report any discrepancies or faults
To ensure that the work practices are carried out in accordance with the Company's Occupational Health and Safety and quality and Environment Management Procedures and that the site is a safe place of work.
To work in a manner that optimises resources.
To respond to changes in schedules
To provide advice and assistance for other staff as requested.
To undertake unspecified activities in connection with the advancement and management of the Company

Reduce unnecessary journeys
Drive in an efficient manner
