As one of the most important Research & Development organisaions in Europe this established Engineering specialist has invested in excess of £ 50 million on equipment and facilities, a leader in technology and process engineering they are investing in the next generation of manufacturing.

Due to the shortage of skilled people available to industry they are looking to recruit Graduate Engineers with an interest in working in areas such as Mechanical Design, Modelling, CAD/CAM, Tooling, Welding, Metallurgy, Industrial Automation and Simulation.

Successful applicants will be given the chance to work in one or more of these areas on project based assignments working in small teams. You will be working on real industrial problems and will be expected to see projects through from problem definition, through concept preparation, detailed design, build and proving. 

These posts are ideal for top engineering graduates with a proven practical as well as theoretical capability. Career progression will be quick for those demonstrating capability in technical and leadership skills as the company is planning to expand rapidly. 

For these roles you MUST SATISFY ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

MINIMUM 2:1 Degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognised University. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Able to work in the EU/UK without the need for sponsorship.

Enthusiastic and self motivated with a desire to work within high technology manufacturing or Development

Applications with the following skills would be an advantage

Recent experience in either an academic or industrial environment developing practical engineering solutions.

Demonstrable experience of undertaking practical development work.

Knowledge of improvement or operation of manufacturing processes.
