An inspiring and influential architecture practice based in Central London is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join their friendly team of 80 inspirational designers and support staff! This role is diverse and comes with variety. The successful candidate will need to have a solid commercial head and will be called upon to initiate new and appropriate processes to continually develop and improve the way the practice works and succeeds. They will be first point of contact and take the lead on HR related issues. They will attend support group meetings: IT, Graphics, Marketing and Finance, as well as liaising with the project teams to ensure effective administration coordination and systems. They will also be involved in planning and managing studio events for staff and others, inspiring, motivating and influencing along the way.
