We have a fantastic vacancy with a well respected global leader in Design & Engineering. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join a large team in London and take day-to-day responsibility for implementing and supporting a wide range of marketing activity across the full marketing mix. This is a 12-18month fixed term contract with the possibility to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
• Help to win work with existing, unmaintained and potential clients
• Build the external profile by helping the firm achieve positive PR, win peer awards, secure high profile speaking slots and deliver programmes of thought-leadership
• Implement the marketing plan
• Monitor progress of individual activities against agreed KPIs
• Liaise with the business to gather information for use in the marketing plan or marketing activities
• Carry out market research in order to provide information on opportunities
• Implement client relationship management activities including carrying out client feedback interviews, developing CRM plans and coordinating CRM activity
• Project management (e.g. internal and external events, collateral production etc.) with involvement in determining the project strategy
• Promote marketing best practice internally and input into guidance documents
• Liaise with external suppliers (e.g. printing companies, PR agencies etc.)
• Create and maintain sales materials, including brochures, presentations, capability sheets, case studies, testimonials, event-specific collateral, photography, etc.
• Develop online content (internet and intranet)
• Promote best practice with respect to client data (e.g. Data Protection Guidelines)
Ideally you will have:
• A Marketing Degree and/or a CIM qualification
• experience gained in a professional services or B2B environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercially aware, with strong planning / organisational skills
