 My healthcare client, based South of the River is looking for an Estates and FM professional with strong database knowledge, good healthcare and CAFM experience with specific knowledge at a high level, preferably MiCAD. 

It would be to handle a project to harmonise two London regions data currently on MiCAD to make the database consistent in terms of hierarchies, levels of data stored, floor plans, etc and set up property and compliance data for missing areas. This may be for 3 months initially for a period up to potentially a year. 

The estates/fm knowledge is essential and integral to the requirements 

CAD/CAFM knowledge is essential 

MiCAD specific is desirable but good database skills at super-user level may suffice
