Key tasks & responsibilities
|
· Timely and accurate serving of customer drink orders
· Ensure all customers served alcohol are above the legal age limit
· Ensure bar capacity ceilings are notexceeded
· Opening hours are adhered too
· Enforce any other licence restrictions
· Manage customer complaints at appropriate level
· At all times act in a manner that is not detrimental to the company or its image
· Any other reasonable task/activity as directed by the senior management team
