Job description

Develop your career with a fast growing UK wholesaler in our busy Southampton office.

Reporting to the Office Manager;
The ideal candidate will be IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel/Word) and SAGE, a bright and quick learner who is keen to progress.
.
Duties will include: -
Dealing with small to medium size businesses, helping them with their order packages.
You would be responsible for checking and ensuring the accuracy of information on purchase orders and invoices, investigating and amending differences and maintaining an accurate and up to date system.

Tasks will include answering the phone, booking couriers, managing deliveries, processing customer orders, communicating with client and courier to solve any delivery issues.
Furthermore assisting the accounts team with data entry on SAGE software, filing, faxing and photocopying and stocktaking.

Any training on SAGE will be given
