Working from particularly stylish offices in the West End, you will use secretarial skills to assist your team with a wide variety of duties. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate busy diaries, produce accurate documents, work on pitches, maintain filing systems, and manage a steady stream of emails, telephone calls, and mail. You will have first-rate organisational skills and be confident at building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues at every level. You will work under minimal supervision and love working in a faced paced environment. Industry experience is not essential but you'll have a desire and passion to work within media and 12 months administrative/secretarial experience under your belt. Strong PowerPoint skills and previous experience within a team coordinator role is desirable.. You will also have a proactive, efficient, and enthusiastic approach to your work. You will be lively, outgoing, polished and articulate, love working in a team and thrive under pressure.
