Job description
My client is a leading facilities organisation and due to increasing workloads they now require an Service Manager to work from their Bristol flagship office.
The main objectives of this position will be to ensure contract delivery is maintained and kept to the highest standard, maximise productivity, develop business relationship, management of a large multi disciplined team and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven background within a maintenance/building services environment, with the addition of a formal qualification in Heating. This is a permanent position working within one of the industries leading providers.
