My client, a top tier recruitment consultancy working in Financial Services, Banking, Supply Chain and Procurement, are looking to recruit two trainee recruitment consultants to join their growing team in the City of London.

As an Associate Recruitment consultant, you will immediately start on their award-winning training program, fast-tracking your career by shadowing some of the best and most respected senior consultants in the industry.

After completing the ‘on-desk’ rotation program across their coverage areas, you will be placed within a specific market segment where you will begin specialising in your chosen area under the guidance of a Team Leader, a Managing Consultant and a Director, all working together on your personal development.

With a basic salary starting at £20,000 to £23,000, you will have all the tools to enable you to earn a REALISTIC OTE of £55,000 (this target has been hit year on year by first year joiners) as well as enjoy team holidays, 'high performer' lunches, and awards targeted on performance, including car targets.
