Community Fundraising Manager

Generating the funds that support our lifesaving service, you’ll have an integral part to play in reaching national fundraising targets. Driving forward growth in this key strategic area, you’ll identify and deliver new fundraising opportunities as well as enhancing relationships with existing supporters and donors.
We’ll look to your real passion for fundraising and ability to use your interpersonal skills to inspire our dedicated volunteers. You’ll also have a significant involvement in local appeals and delivering them to success, as well as having the opportunity to take on some exciting initiatives.
With a proven fundraising background and excellent communications skills, you’ll be able to work effectively on both strategic and operational levels.
This will be matched with a highly motivated, organised approach and a thorough understanding of volunteer management. The flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
Primarily covering North Lancashire, South Lakes and East Manchester, you will be required to support RNLI Fundraising Community Groups and special projects. Interested candidates must live and be based in Lancashire.
