Our client is one of the world's leading lights in the online sports gaming sector. Due to their continued success they are proud to have offices across the globe with a presence in over 25 countries and have plans to expand further. The main focus for our client is on the most popular betting sports, football and horse racing, and they are now processing over $10 billion of bets each year.
The Role:

We are in search of a sparky candidate to work within the close knit team to help maintain and further develop customer retention, specifically working with high value customers. On a daily basis candidates can expect their role to include, but not be limited to:
Creating top quality direct marketing campaigns
  • Seeing through campaigns from start to finish, including analysing projects to ensure optimum performance
  • Manage social media campaigns using various channels including Facebook and Twitter
  • Help identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for regular CRM reports
  • Ensure a high level of service is offered to all existing customers
  • Converting registered customers into paying clients
  • Analyse incoming company data to make informed decisions on how to further enhance the company's performance.


  • Key Responsibilities:
    This role is based within a fast-paced and ever changing environment and will be best suited to candidates who thrive in keeping many plates spinning at once. For this role we are in search of a candidate with:
  • At least a second class honours from a top university.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • A keen eye for detail combined with a results driven work ethic
  • Ideally previous experience working in a digital marketing environment with exposure to some marketing analysis
  • A working knowledge or previous experience using CRM systems.
