My client is a professional Executive Search firm working across C-level placements into multiple divisions and specialising in Commerce & Industry, TMT and the Professional Services sectors. Due to continued and sustained success within the business, they are currently looking for an exceptional graduate to add to their team of 50 globally to help continue this drive.
You will be working with some of the most successful professionals in their field with consultants billing on average £250,000 year one, up to £450,000 year two and upwards of £750,000 from year three onwards resulting in one of the best take home commission packages in the city. Proven consultants are also given the opportunity for internal transfers to one of the firm's International offices in either New York City, Washington or the recently opened Singapore office.
Internal progression is entirely down to success of the individual with entry level Researchers being promoted as fast as they can make it happen and are judged solely on the results they deliver. As an example, the company hired a graduate four years ago who is now one of the biggest billers in the firm, taking home in excess of £200,000 annually and was given the opportunity to launch one of their international offices in the United States.

Successful candidates will be graduates who have finished with a 2:1 minimum from a top 30 University and a keen interest in building a career in executive search. They will need to have exceptional sporting background or a competitive personality, first class rapport-building skills, natural sales and networking ability and be an effective communicator both on the phone and in person.
