Grampian Housing Association provides services to over 3,000 households in the North East of Scotland. Our overall strategy is to develop sustainable communities, with a balance of tenure types, providing quality affordable homes for rent. We also participate in Low Cost Home Ownership initiatives including shared ownership and shared equity. Our subsidiary, Kirkgate Developments Ltd., develops properties for market rent and sale.

We are looking for a leader who will continue our record of success. We are a highly regarded housing association, financially sound, with a strong track record of delivering innovative developments and quality services.

You will be a dynamic, motivating and empowering manager; committed to delivering quality services and supporting our communities. You will be accomplished in delivering change and encouraging innovative approaches in both front line services and business operations.

You will have significant senior level experience that will preferably include social housing. You will be able to demonstrate successful partnership working, be an effective communicator, advocate and influencer.
