Office Manager - Design Studio

Would you like to manage the studio of a stylish and cool, multidisciplinary design agency based the heart of Amsterdam? With many awards under their belts and international exposure, this creative agency continuously collaborates with the most impressive brands internationally, and specialise in the fields of: Retail Design, Hotel and Restaurant Design, Packaging and Branding. The role is suitable for someone already based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate. You will be an experienced high-level Office Manager and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the studio, and may include IT support, travel bookings, visa’s and organising itineraries for directors, working HR protocols and facilities management, overseeing financial administration and managing monthly operational budgets with the financial team. Speaking Dutch is not essential, however you will be able to offer solid business acumen, be polished, articulate, and have the ability to operate at ease in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
