A unique opportunity has arisen within the sponsorship team of a leading international sports marketing agency. This Switzerland located agency is looking for a Junior Sales Analyst to support the sponsorship sales team by researching and identifying brands and potential sponsors for world class football events.
The key responsibility of the chosen candidate will be providing analytical input and building market place knowledge to support the sponsorship sales. You will work closely with the research department and feed back to the sales team to aid them to identify target partners through research, gathering industry data and new market trends. You will also assist with writing detailed and compelling content for sponsorship proposals, sales presentations and pitches.
The role requires an ability to apply a good understanding of market dynamics, rights packaging and the use of football sponsorship as an effective marketing discipline. This function has been created to ensure that we continue to innovate and develop our sales approach.
The successful candidate should be articulate, with the ability and confidence to communicate at a mature and senior level with internal stakeholders. Further, you should have strong academics, best understanding of analytical tools and frameworks, attention to detail with ability to grasp ‘big picture’. You will have the professional gravitas to present complex issues with confidence with the rest of the team and be able to work independently along with taking direction. This role is based in Lucerne, Switzerland therefore full commitment to relocation is essential.
