Our Client is an independent Coffee shop and Eatery bringing a refreshing style of cafe culture and dining to the heart of Stockport. They provide a chic, dynamic and welcoming atmosphere whilst serving freshly made Italian cuisine; they market themselves as the perfect place to stop for an early morning breakfast, business lunch or dinner treat.
They are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to develop and grow this, already successful, boutique Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for freshly prepared gourmet food, the ability to create strong relationships with other members of staff and regular customers and have the enthusiasm to drive this growing independent business forward. You will have experience of delivering high standards within the hospitality and catering industry.
As a the `Restaurant Manager` you will:
- Manage the day to day duties of the coffee shop and Italian eatery
- Ensure Health and Safety legislations are adhered to by all members of the team
- Develop and drive the independent restaurant forward and you will be encouraged to make business development suggestions
- Grow and develop your team by individual and group training and mentoring
- Have a natural affinity with customers and be passionate about providing an excellent service and product.
This is an excellent opportunity to help develop and grow an independent business and success will be rewarded. There is the option of live in accommodation available, meals on duty are provided and tips are encouraged.
