Providing comprehensive EA support to an approachable, highly-regarded Partner with exacting yet fair expectations, your responsibilities will encompass running a complex diary, changeable meeting & travel coordination, project management, document & presentation preparation and maintaining database records & contact lists. To excel in this highly professional yet fluid environment, you must have the ability to plan ahead and anticipate your boss’s needs coupled with the ability to respond to last minute changes gracefully and to make swift, sound decisions & reprioritise rigorously. As this role involves extensive stakeholder liaison, you must be articulate & personable with the confidence, professionalism & diplomacy to forge relationships with individuals at all levels. The ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion is imperative. You must demonstrate an open, flexible & collegiate approach and the readiness to proactively muck in & assist with ad hoc tasks where possible as it is vital that you share the team’s collaborative ethos. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Word and PowerPoint, and excellent written & verbal communications skills are essential. The successful candidate will be a true team player with a strong academic record and proven EA experience within a client-facing, professional services environment.
