All our teachers enjoy small class sizes, a maximum of 22 pupils and all classes benefit from full time English speaking teaching assistants.

Are UK trained or have relevant UK national curriculum experience.

Have a positive work ethic and are reflective practitioners.

Are skilled at differentiating to meet the needs of different abilities as well for children with a range of EAL needs.

Can promote a well organised and stimulating learning environment.

Show genuine enthusiasm and demonstrate a positive approach to students.

Are committed to constant improvement of an already vibrant curriculum.

Have good interpersonal skills and work well in teams.

Possess strong IT skills and have good IWB knowledge.

Are reflective and seek to develop their classroom practice, including a strong commitment to involvement in peer observation.

Have a clear understanding of AfL practice in the classroom as a means of ensuring maximum participation in lessons.

Are adaptable & are able to teach / interact with children of a range of ages including the Foundation Stage.
