Our client is an award winning construction consultancy with offices based across the UK. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Architectural CAD Technician to join its team based in Oxfordshire.
Your will assist with:
- Planning applications
- Building regulations detailing
- Specifications
- Tender packages
- Measured surveys
- General administration
You must have strong working knowledge of current building regulations and the confidence to produce detailed design drawing packages. Furthermore, you will be conversant with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Outlook. Ideally you will also have some experience with Revit and Sketchup.
