One of the fastest growing global social media management businesses is currently seeking an ENTERPRISE sales manager to be there first senior sales hire based in Switzerland – Germany region. The Enterprise (SaaS) Sales Manager will be directly responsible for selling this leading social platform throughout Switzerland, Germany and Italy in order to grow their client base across the globe.
Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director based in London and supported by a talented team (out of London) the Enterprise Sales manager will be a senior Sales Professional who has been selling innovative & complex software to large corporations and government agencies for many years. Our ideal candidate is someone with a positive team focused attitude who understands complex selling and has closed seven figure deals. You have outstanding communication skills and an unmatched ability to adapt to change and flourish in a dynamic and lightning speed environment. A must have requirement is a passion for social media. You will be responsible for selling social solutions into the largest global corporations and government agencies, and then growing those strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
·        Call into large corporations and government agencies in Switzerland and Italy, and initiate sales opportunities
·        Respond to marketing leads from large corporations and initiate sales opportunities
·        Meet assigned revenue targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
·        Proactively assess, clarify, and validate prospect and customer needs on an ongoing basis
·        Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
·        Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting strategic account revenue
·        Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

Required Skills and Experience:
·        8+ years experience in strategic account sales in software or SaaS
·        Consistent record of sales quota achievement
·        Fluency in multiple languages (German and English essential) Italian or French huge bonus.
·        Passionate about Twitter, Facebook, Xing and other social web apps
·        Interest or experience in a high growth, young tech company
·        A positive attitude + ability to excel under pressure
·        Demonstrated ability to work well in a closely knit team
·        Significant travel at times
·        Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
