A global leader in Scientific & Scholarly Research information is looking for an experienced French speaking Solution Sales and Account Management professional to maximise revenue from new and existing accounts throughout France and Italy. You will be responsible for the sales of the company's range of Scientific and Scholarly Research products and services to existing and prospective clients through cold and warm calling, direct mail, email and WebEx. The primary objective in this role is to exceed annual sales goals as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager and it is likely that an extensive amount of travel will be required throughout the region.

To succeed in this role you will be fluent in French and English with a successful track record of solution sales and account management within the European market. You will be used to dealing with decision makers at a senior level and will be experienced in negotiating, sales processes and closing complex deals both directly and through distributors/agents and consortia and channels. You will have a sound understanding of the library information industry with experience of selling in the information industry.
