Job description
User Experience Designer required to join an international and progressive company from their UK head office based in Poole.As the User Experience Designer, you will be the voice of the user, helping to ensure that user experience excellence is delivered across our portfolio of capabilities. You will work closely within the UX team and with Development, Visual Design, and Product Management to define and create multi-channel experiences (retail, web, mobile, call center) delivered primarily by web and mobile products and solutions. ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, both internally, externally and with developers and executives alike, on improving the user experienceAdvocate, provide guidance, and lead user research and testingCreate personas, journey maps, and other communication tools to articulate the users to the product development teamCreate concepts, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, stories, design briefs, and other communication tools articulating the user experience to developers and visual designers, as well as review and approve their outputCommunicate design strategy and rationaleProactively iterate on UX designs and prototypes to ensure we build the best products and experiencesWork across a variety of channels (retail, web, mobile and call centre) to unify the customer experienceRequirements 3+ years' experience in UX, with strong design skillsExperience conducting user research and testing, and communicating those results within the product development teams and to the stakeholdersExperience creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, design briefs, and other tools to communicate designsAble to work on multiple products, projects and teams simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-moving, agile development environmentSome international travel may be requiredA link to your portfolio, or samples of your work, showcasing your skills and thought process around UX
