Maths Teaching Jobs In Wednesbury, Sandwell
Secondary school providing quality teaching through relevance and realism, building confidence to accept challenges throughout students, are now looking to appoint two maths teachers.
Starting January 2014 until summer on a full time basis, teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students, helping them acquire the knowledge and skills needed to achieve. You will be delivering engaging and innovative lessons, keeping all records of objectives and aims within lesson plans up to date and ensure all students achieve to the best of their ability.
To be successful within this secondary Maths teaching role, you must have the following requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- PGCE in Maths or degree level equivalent
- Extensive experience teaching KS3/KS4 students
- Experience in a secondary school within the last two years
- Good behavioural management and subject knowledge
- Proven track record of raising attainment and keeping standards high
- Teaching experience within KS5 students would be an advantage
